Resep Membuat Kroket Kentang Isi Keju Sajian Paling Spesial Dan Nikmat Yang Menggugah Selera..

Sayuran satu ini memnag begitu banyak dijadikan sebagai hidangan di rumah. Mudahnya mendpatkan kentang serta rasa dan teksturnya yang sedap membuat kentang sendiri termasuk ke dalam salahsatu jenis sajian yang memang seringkali terhidang di meja makan. 


Bahan-bahan :

  • 350 gr kentang (timbangan setelah dikukus dan dihaluskan)
  • 1/2 buah wortel, kukus dan potong kotak kecil
  • 1/2 bawang bombai, cacah halus
  • 1 SDT garam
  • 1/4 SDT lada
  • 1/4 SDT pala bubuk
  • 120 ml susu cair
  • 5 SDM tepung terigu prot sedang
  • 1/2 blok keju cheddar, potong memanjang jadi 12 bagian

Bahan pelapis :

  • 2 butir putih telur, kocok lepas
  • Secukupnya Tepung roti .

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombai sampai harum kemudian masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sampai berbutir, masukkan susu cair.
  2. Masukkan garam, lada, pala bubuk, wortel, dan kentang. Aduk rata. Matikan api dan biarkan dingin.
  3. Ambil adonan, isi keju, bentuk bulatan panjang.
  4. Celupkan di telur putih lalu balur dengan tepung roti.
  5. Goreng di minyak yang sudah dipanaskan dengan api kecil/sedang sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat.
