BAHAN-BAHAN :
150 gram tepung hun kwee
750 ml santan/susu
200 gram gula pasir
sedikit garam
pewarna makanan
LANGKAH MEMBUAT
Campurkan hun kwee,santan,gula pasir ,garam
Bagi menjadi 3 adonan,masing masing beri warna
Masak 1 bagian dg api kecil (merah),sambil di aduk sampai meletup letup,matikan api jika adonan sudah mengental ,berat sewaktu diaduk,tapi masih bisa dituang.
Tuang adonan merah yang sudah dilapisi plastik tebal,ratakan dan sisihkan
Sementara menunggu lapisan merah dingin,masak adonan berikutnya (kuning) sampai meletup letup .
Tuang adonan kuning di atas merah
Begitu dg adonan selanjutnya (hijau)
Biarkan adonan padat disuhu ruang selama 30menit
Lalu simpan dalam kulkas selama 15 menit (bukan freezer) supaya mudah dipotong
Potong lapis pelangi ,bungkus dg plastik,lalu simpan dalam freezer sampai beku.
